Can I Bring an Existing Carpentry Quotation?

The total cost depends on the cabinet size, materials, hardware, internal accessories, lighting integration and design complexity.
As a general guide, a common home carpentry scope may include a shoe cabinet, TV feature, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and bathroom vanity cabinets.

For homeowners who already have an interior designer, Omni can work with the appointed designer on the carpentry scope. For homeowners managing their own renovation, Omni can provide clearer guidance on materials, production and installation.
Is Omni Carpentree a Renovation Contractor?
Omni Carpentree is a custom cabinetry specialist rather than a full renovation contractor.
We focus on the planning, technical detailing, production and installation of custom carpentry. Lighting systems, stone surfaces and functional accessories can be planned and integrated into the cabinetry.
However, we do not carry out electrical work, plumbing work or general handyman services such as painting and hanging wall art. These works should be handled by the relevant contractors or licensed tradespeople.
Can interior designers work with Omni Carpentree?
Yes. Omni Carpentree works as a project partner for interior designers.
Designers can engage Omni for material consultation, buildability reviews, carpentry production, hardware integration, installation, amendments and local site support. This allows designers to focus on the client and design direction while Omni manages the technical carpentry process.
Do I Need to Choose the Most Expensive Materials?
No. Different areas of the home have different performance requirements.
Kitchens, sink cabinets, vanity units, tall wardrobe doors and heavy drawers may benefit from stronger materials or better hardware. Simpler storage areas may not require the highest specification.
Our role is to help you spend more where performance matters and save where a practical option is sufficient.
Is Factory Direct Carpentry Always Cheaper?
Factory direct production can reduce unnecessary supplier and subcontractor layers. However, the final price still depends on the materials, hardware, cabinet dimensions, design complexity and installation requirements.
The main advantage is greater clarity over the available specifications and what you are paying for. Lower cost should not come from removing important materials or hardware without explanation.
Can Lighting and Storage Accessories Be Integrated Into the Carpentry?
Yes. LED lighting, sensors, drivers, concealed wiring, wardrobe accessories, pull-out systems and kitchen storage fittings can be planned together with the cabinetry.
Planning these items early creates cleaner detailing and reduces the need for costly modifications after production.
What Does the 10 Year Structural Warranty Cover?
Qualifying core carpentry structures are supported by a 10-year structural warranty, subject to the stated terms, maintenance requirements and exclusions.
Hardware, lighting and accessories may carry separate warranties from their respective manufacturers. The applicable warranty coverage will be explained before project confirmation.
Do You Provide Healthier Carpentry Material Options?
Yes. Available choices may include ENF grade low-formaldehyde and VOC toxin emission boards and other materials selected for indoor air quality, moisture resistance and durability.
We explain the available specifications and relevant product certifications so you can compare the options based on your household needs and budget.
Where Is the Carpentry Produced, and Who Manages the Installation?
Site measurements, technical planning and material coordination are managed in Singapore.
The carpentry components are produced within a controlled manufacturing environment and checked before delivery. They undergo further inspection and preparation in Singapore before local installation.
After-sales communication, servicing and warranty coordination are also managed by the Singapore team.
